London Dementia Support Workshops

‘Walking in Their Footsteps’

Jazz Browne and her incredible team at Nubian Life Resource Centre delivered a series of dementia support workshops in collaboration with theatre practitioner Cress Brown and UCL Rare Dementia Support Creative Consultant, Charlie Harrison.

Nubian Life is a specialist provider of activity based care in the adult social care sector. With over 25 years experience of delivering culturally specific care, Nubian Life is recognised as a leader within the adult social care sector; meeting the individual needs of clients with a range of critical health and social care needs, such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, long term health conditions, physical disability and visual and hearing impairments.

Nubian Life is commissioned by Hammersmith & Fulham Adult Social Care to provide Adult Day Care Services for African and African Caribbean residents aged 65+ in Hammersmith & Fulham.
