The Caribbean Social Forum was founded on 29th January 2015 by ‘the matured children’ of the Windrush Generation. The organisation welcomes men and women aged 50 and over. With over 600 registered members, primarily from the Caribbean and neighbouring countries like Guyana, the Forum fosters communication, promotes healthier lifestyles reduces isolation, and combats dementia. They achieve this by serving as a vibrant space to revive a ‘taste of the Caribbean’ through educational talks, dancing, music, singing, discussion group, creative writing, and more.
Sweet Patootee Arts’ TURNING POINT Project is supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players.
