About Aurelia
Aurelia joined Sweet Patootee Arts as a volunteer in October 2025. Her first projects with us have supported the delivery and promotion of our TURNING POINT heritage programme’s activities and resources.
Aurelia Fung Roviras is a Spanish Portuguese and Catalan graduate with Hong Kong and Catalan heritage. Having studied the relationship between gender dynamics and weaving practices for women in Aztec and colonial Mexico, she is greatly intrigued by and driven to exploring and understanding notions of cultural memory, and the intersection between our heritage and present/ future selves across different mediums.

The power of stories.
